Cafayate, Calchaqui Valley, Salta, North, ArgentinaBright floral, spicy, black cherry/plum fruit nose with bits of vanilla and licorice. The palate is fresh and dry but with elegance and typical fresh acidity. Look for a sapid, peppery, smoky black cherry and meaty flavour red that sings syrah.
