Jim Barry Cabernet Sauvignon 2000
Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaHand harvested and fermented in open top fermenters and racked and retuned daily for a week. It is matured in new American oak for 14 months. The nose and style is one of refinement with cedar cigar box and leather mixing with bits of tomato leaf and dried herbs. The fruit is dark and minty with soft slippery tannins and lovely length.
