Champagne, FrancePale yellow colour. Fine, continuous mousse. Very nutty, toasty, baked apple, citrus, ripe pear, honey aromas. Crisp, dry, round palate with good acidity and balance and fine mousse. Very nutty, oatmeal, honey, baked citrus, baked green apple, lemon drop, and toasty flavours. Good finesse, dry finish in a more mature style for current drinking.
