Rich, round, smooth, dry palate with light grained tannins and a touch of acidity. Smoky, savoury, olive, tobacco, black cherry jam, black plum, herbal, resin, coffee and vanilla flavours. A touch tart on the finish and young but has very good fruit and balance.
