Dunham Froese Rosé 2007
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe nose is flat with bits of berries but the fruit almost seems stunned by the synthetic cork. The palate is equally flat with vegetal, earthy fruit flavours and some candied citrus notes in the back ground. Awkward, as if it's not sure what direction to head in. There's work to be done. There is 5 per cent syrah in the mix.Tasted: 15 August 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $23.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Vino Allegro |
