Isla de Maipo, Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileWho coulda have thunk? This is delicious stuff that showed well at the value wine awards and is really showing well now in the bottle. It gets 12 months aging in French oak barrels that has produced a rich full-bodied red with juicy ripe black fruit and a touch of vanilla in the back end. Very stylish, ripe black fruit that finishes dry Italian style sangiovese style.
