Soave, Verona, Veneto, ItalyThe pinnacle of mineral driven wines come of Northern Italy and Pieropan is the master. It's embarrassing to think this wine has been unable to grab a spot in BC Liquor Stores over the past three decades. Mostly garganega with a bit of trebbiano its fresh and clean and chock full of mineral, pear and nutty flavours.
