Gorizia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, ItalyVery oaky, buttery, vanilla, leesy, toasted hazelnut nose with some honey and pineapple. Ripe, rich, round, dry, elegant palate with a nice creamy texture but a tad oily. Very nutty, butterscotch, honey, baked apple, waxy, leesy, grapefruit, mineral flavours. Good textures and finesse but a bit too heavy handed on the oak and lees.
