Veneto, ItalyA blaufrankisch/blauburgunder blend that shows lots of leather, coffee, barnyard, cedar and worsteshire with some smoky, Band-Aid aromas too. The entry is round, dry and supple with more smoked leather, tobacco, dried tomatoes, black cherry, licorice, coffee, barnyard flavours. Very rooty, somewhat herbal style.
