Cobos Bramare Cabernet Sauvignon Marchiori Vineyard 2006
Perdriel District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaBramare is Italian for to yearn for... and you may for this wine. Typically round, dry and supple in the Hobbs style but with an elegant palate, fine acidity and very ripe and warm black fruit. Vanilla, coffee, mocha, spicy, peppery, black cherry jam, cassis jam, tobacco, spicy, smoky garrigue flavours with a touch of graphite coat the palate. It's warm but very intense finish is well balanced offering tobacco, mocha notes with still some tannin to shed. Needs 2-5 years to fully soften.Tasted: 08 July 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $79.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
