A Mano Fiano - Greco 2006
Castellaneta, Taranto, Puglia, ItalyThe 2006 harvest marks the first white wine made at A Mano a 50/50 blend of fiano and greco di Tufo that sees no oak and goes through no malolactic fermentation. The result is a crisp, aromatic wine that is heavily perfumed and a touch oily with bits of grapefruit, honey and pear hazelnuts.
