Tejo, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalAny red made from trincadeira, tinta roriz, touriga nacional, cabernet sauvignon and touriga franca is okay with me. It is dry, rustic and a bit tart on entry but there is some depth of flavour and weight and I'm sure it would be just fine with hamburgers, ribs or chicken.
