Champagne, FranceFine white, continuous mousse. Light honey, spicy, toasty, baked apple, butter, creamy, strawberry, nutty nose, somewhat mature style. Crisp, moderately dry, elegant palate with moderate acidity but good finesse. Nutty, toasty, brioche, green apple, citrus, honey, light raspberry flavours. A lighter style but has good acidity and finesse. Drink now and over the next 2-4 years.
