Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHillside blends merlot, syrah and gamay to make its sweet pink. The mostly Naramata Bench wine has a rosé/pink colour and a dark berry nose. The palate is a sweet mix of strawberries and cherries with a smooth finish. Serve well-chilled to keep the sugar fresh. Try with spicy barbecued ribs.
