Elephant Hill Syrah 2007

Central Otago, South Island, New ZealandReduced nose with big smoked meat, sausage, rubber, rooty, liquorice notes streaked with tarry, vanilla, black cherry jam nose. The entry is supple and easy on the palate with more tarry, smoky, sausage meat, and peppery flavours with chocolate, vanilla, black cherry jam flavours.
