Elephant Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2007
Hawkes Bay, North Island, New ZealandHawkes Bay sauvignon is always a bit riper than its southern brethren and it is the case here. Lemon and grapefruit aromas and flavours mix with bright, fresh acidity and minerality. Well balanced and perfectly able to work with a variety of shellfish and seafood pasta dishes. It's also fun to sip with an heirloom tomato dish.Tasted: 05 May 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Great Legs International |
