Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThe blend is 55/45 cabernet sauvignon/merlot of which a quarter is aged in new oak for 4 months; the other 75 per cent sits in stainless steel vats. The nose is clean and bright with herbal, black fruit and coffee and a pleasant earthy, mushroom, vanilla note. A solid grilled meat wine but would be fine with a selection of cheese to.
