Saint Joseph, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceVin de L' Hospice is a big step up from the regular Saint Joseph sp much more intense and with very fine concentration. Big spicy black fruit with bits of roasted meat and animal with spice, mineral and floral notes everywhere. The wine spends 13 months in 100 per cent new French oak seemingly easy to absorb in this n=benchmark vintage.
