McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaMade with lively fruit oak in the background. Clean lemony, vibrant fruit with good acid. It's a chardonnay you are not supposed to recognise. The alcohol is in check but it is still clearly Oz style finishing with a creamy, buttery aftertaste. Its big rich citrus aftertaste could be interesting with Dungeness crab.
