Hawkes Bay, North Island, New ZealandSpicy, ginger, grapefruit, dried apricot, light lees, mineral and green apple aromas. Round, slightly viscous and fresh palate with a touch of sweetness. Green apple, grapefruit, butter, honey, apricot, pear and tinned lychee flavours. A touch rind-y on the finish but has good concentration and balance for food.
