Domaine Gaujal de Saint Bon Cuvée des Dames Picpoul de Pinet 2005
Coteaux du Languedoc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThe nose is bright with a mix of grass and melons with a dash of minerality. The attack is rich and broad, in some ways like a rich white Rhone. Bits of orange and spice mark the palate with a touch of lees and more minerality. The finish is long and persistent. Interesting well-made white wine for the curious oenophile.Tasted: 03 April 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:US | $11.00 | 750ml | srp |
