Wild Goose Mystic River Pinot Blanc 2007

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnother wine under cork that should be under Stelvin - the fruit is bright already sagging at 18 months. The style is light and elegant with bright flavours of red apple and pears with mineral and tangerine streaks. We appreciate the acidity and balance and bits of price in the back end. Well done. Would be killer under screwcap. Halibut is the dish here.Tasted: 22 March 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
