Eden Valley, South Australia, AustraliaBig creamy, smoky, petrol, lime, honey, nutty, lemon oil aromas with a floral streak. Crisp, dry, slightly austere palate with good creamy acidity and finesse. Lime, lemon oil, smoky, petrol, mineral, dried herbs, buttery, Granny Smith flavours. A more austere style with good finesse and great aging ability. Best with food like sole, squid or sablefish.
