Umbria, ItalySpicy, lemon, melon, floral, grassy, green apple aromas. Crisp, dry, round, elegant palate with grassy, smoky, mineral, lemon, green melon, almond, butter flavours. Good intensity but somewhat austere styling. Will be good with scallops or sole.
