Umbria, ItalyMeaty, peppery, smoky, spicy, black cherry, saddle leather, cedar, vanilla and resin aromas with a touch of cooked carrot and barnyard. Round, dry, supple, elegant palate with light tannins. Smoky, vanilla, meaty, peppery, saddle leather, tobacco, savoury and black cherry flavours with a touch of barnyard and rooty licorice on the finish.
