Umbria, ItalyVery peppery, cedar, black olive, smoky, gamey, black cherry aromas with a touch of leather and rose. Dry, round, full, slightly tight palate but balanced. Smoky, tobacco, licorice, meaty, peppery, cherry, plum, spicy black olive flavours. A much fresher, more modern and elegant version than last vintage and solid for grilled meat accompaniment.
