Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaMineral, nutty, leesy, garlic, butter, spicy, lemon, waxy nose with a bit of apple skin and artichoke. Fresh, dry, tart entry with some good viscosity but again like the last edition, it is a bit austere. Lemon, granny smith, garlic, lees, nutty, waxy, mineral, vanilla flavours.
