El Burro Kickass Shiraz 2006

Bullas, Valencia and Murcia, SpainMeaty, gamey, peppery, rooty, licorice, blackberry jam, tobacco and smoky mineral aromas. Ripe, round, dry, full-bodied style but very warm with light tannins. Big black cherry jam, plum, licorice, peppery, rooty, meaty, chocolate flavours. A bit tart and hot on the finish but has lots of fruit and stuffing to take a the lamb or beef stew.
