Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaLime, earthy, light lees, butter, floral, green apple skin aromas. Quite dry but full with good acidity balance. Smoky mineral, lime, green apple skin, passion fruit, pear and butter flavours. Good finesse in a food friendly style. A very exciting, affordable white wine.
