Viu 1 2006
Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileOpen, spicy, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco nose with meaty, barnyard, smoky, saddle leather, savoury notes mixed with black cherry and cassis. Rich, round, warm, dry palate with grainy tannins. Peppery, spicy, cassis, saddle leather, chocolate, vanilla, garrigue, tobacco leaf, meaty, licorice flavours. Despite the obvious alcohol it is well balanced for a big wine. Needs another 3 to 5 years in bottle to round out.Tasted: 28 December 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $70.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
