Dry, somewhat tannic palate with good acidity and concentration if a bit austere right now. Black cherry, spicy, mineral, plum, licorice root, savoury, clove, floral, smoked meat, roasted pepper flavours. Good finesse and elegance for syrah, needs 2-5 years or try with roast lamb.
