Heredad is the high-end version of the workhorse value Segura Viudas, that begins with old vine macabeo and parellada, and an ample thirty months ageing on lees. The result is a very generous palate with notes of freshly made pastries, baked red apples, citrus, pear, and honey. This is only old vine macabeo and parellada, with a minimum of 30 months on the lees. Ample and generous with sweet dough, brioche, baked red apple, pear, all tightened on the finish with a welcome pear skin briskness.
