Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA small amount of fruit was harvested in '07 due to botrytis to make this zin which is much cleaner than the previous edition. Look for plenty of liquorice root, cedar, spice and sour raspberries with a large dollop of alcohol. The palate is warm, with more fruit warm raspberry flavours with plenty of pepper and acidity poking through the finish.
