Priorato, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainPeppery, smoky, barnyard, meaty, black cherry jam, plum, saddle leather and earth aromas with a touch of chocolate. Dry, rich, round, slightly austere palate with light chalky tannins. Vanilla, mineral, licorice, raspberry, black cherry, cedar, leather, smoky, meaty, Band-Aid, peppery, spicy clove flavours. Warm fresh and dry finish. Somewhat youthful and will need a couple of years to round out.
