Mendoza, ArgentinaWhat happens when you blend two very aromatic grapes? Fuzion I guess. The mix is chenin blanc and torrontés the result a fresh, aromatic, slightly oily white wine with bit of character and attitude. The price is delightful. More aperitif style but it will do for sushi.
