Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileCono Sur tries to over-deliver and usually they do. This organic red blend from Colchagua is a good deal. The cabernet sauvignon really benefits from the dried herbs, chocolate and sweet fruit flavours of the carmenère. It's a bit of fruit bomb and its warm but with enough spice and dried herbs to hold your interest.
