Rolf Binder Helios Semillon 2005
Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaGrassy, fig, butter/oily, mineral, lime, nutty, toasted nose. The style is bright, clean and elegant the textures crisp and juicy. On the palate there is more nutty, spicy, grassy, grapefruit, lime flavours flecked with butter and quince flavours with a hint of lemon oil. Good concentration and finesse with a touch of age on it. A solid seafood wine and good value too.Tasted: 21 November 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $20.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Landmark Wines |
