Mendocino County, California, United StatesA biodynamic certified red named after the mix of soils the vines are rooted in at Mendocino. The blend is 75/15/10 cabernet sauvignon/petite sirah/syrah. The nose is soft and inviting with black fruit overtones mixed with earth and spice. On the palate the wine is soft and supple with substantial but fairly well managed tannin. The finish is long and balanced. This is the perfect wine for roasted meats or grilled beef.
