Hobbs likens Casablanca to the Russian River and hopes to make a silky style pinot with some power. The first I've tasted is impressive and surely headed in the right direction. Fresh strawberry and black cherry fruit aromas mix with a simply earthy undercurrent and a silky, mouth filling pinot finish.
