Grant Burge Barossa Vines Shiraz 2006

Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaThe BV shiraz is fermented in stainless steel tanks initially at 27ºC and then it's brought down to 22ºC. Free run and pressings are combined as is older American and French oak. Look for a fresh fruit driven style with cola, liquorice and cedar aromas and similar flavours. It's soft and round and quaffable and all under screwcap.
