Wolf Blass Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Malbec 2004
South Australia, AustraliaSmoky, coffee, tobacco, black cherry jam, cassis, eucalyptus, coconut, vanilla, black olive and violet aromas, good fruit complexity. Dry, full, somewhat tart and tannic palate, very youthful. Cassis, tobacco, spicy, mocha, vanilla, peppery, savoury flavours. Very good fruit and structure but the finish is quite tannic and acidic.
