Chablis, Burgundy, FranceVery mineral, slate, floral, lime, green apple skin nose with sea shell, nori, butter and anise. Crisp, round, delicate, fresh palate. Juicy green apple, lime, sea shell, smoky grass, floral, butter and lees flavours. A very racy style that should age.
