Rich, round, elegant but dry palate with light grainy tannins. Vanilla, black cherry, peppery, meaty, smoky, chocolate, orange, mineral, tobacco, olive flavours. Finish is long and fine with intense orange peel, plum and smoky leather flavours. Acidity is still lively with some tannins to shed. Needs another 10 years. Great complexity.
