Kootenay River Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNot surprisingly this 06 remains fresh under screwcap with its red apple and sweet fruit aromas. The entry is a touch sweet but that can be easily dealt with by serving it with spicy sushi or Chinese. Fresh round off -dry finish with bits of minerality.
