Eden Valley, South Australia, AustraliaIt's year two for Bin 51 Riesling, the old Reserve Bin Eden Valley, made by the white winemaking team at Penfolds led by Oliver Crawford. The nose is fresh and bright with obvious petrol notes, lemon lime and oyster liqueur scents. The attack is fresh and crisp green apple/fruit salad, mineral flavours and a crisp clean finish. It's good now but will improve under screwcap for years.
