Les Jamelles Naturelles Chardonnay 2007
Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceLes Jamelles Naturelles is fresh and that is always a great start for organically grown grapes across the southern Languedoc. There's a bit of new oak mix with one year old for ageing. The goal is Burgundy the output is something less but not disappointing. Lemon and green apples dominate the palate and aftertaste with just a hint of nuttiness.
