Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCitrus rind, garlic, floral, vanilla, clarified butter nose. Fresh, crisp, dry, slightly oily palate with grapefruit rind, butter, mineral, honey flavours. Finish is quite limey with a bitter, green apple skin note.
