CedarCreek Pinot Gris Classic 2007
British Columbia, CanadaSimilar to last year with a fairly tight, green apple notes dusted with citrus and nectarine skin. The entry is fresh and tight with a fairly austere front palate followed up with notes of, mineral, lees and green apple, citrus flavours. The finish is dry and slightly bitter calling for a seafood or pasta salad or grilled chicken.Tasted: 15 August 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.00 | 750ml | winery direct, VQA and private wine shops |
