Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, peppery, meaty, sage, black berry, vanilla, coffee aromas. Hot, round, fresh, somewhat tart palate with light tannins. Lots of smoky, sage, meaty, peppery, tobacco, vanilla, cinnamon, resin, tobacco leaf flavours. Less oak than the small lots with some tannins to shed over the next few years.
