Lake Breeze Tempest 2005

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCoriander, green olive, cherry jam, light volatility, prune, coffee, roasted bell pepper, meaty, animal, peppery aromas. Dry, tart, round palate with light tannins but a bit hard. Cranberry, cherry, coffee, resin, tobacco, cedar, herbal, black olive flavours. Finish is very hot and somewhat tart with a hard edge.
